New Salary Scales of Civil Servants of Nepal 2083 - नेपलाी सरकारकी कर्मचारीहरूको नयाँ तलबमान २०८३

Government of Nepal just published new latest effective salary scales of Civil Servants of Nepal. Which includes all Government employees (सङ्घीय, प्रदेश, स्थानीय कर्मचारी), Nepal Police, Nepal Army, Government Teacher etc.

As per new budget 2083, all government employees salary is increased by 10% of their previous basic salary scale, as well as they also get 10% of increased salary scale as extra performance motivation allowance. Altogether 21% salary is increased from this fiscal year 2083/084.

Just yesterday dated 2083-04-20, Ministry of Finance, Nepal Government declared the new salary scale and allowances for all level of government including various sectors. As per Cabinet of Nepal government decision dated 2083/04/06, the following new salary scale will be effected from the date: 2083/04/01 for all over the Nepal.

This new scale of salary will be effective for Civil Servants, Nepal Army, Nepal Police, Nepal Armed Police Force,  Health Service, Parliament Service, Community School Teachers and Provincial and Local Level civil servants. Along with this, after each year, Grade allowance will be provided on each month with rate of 1 day salary of basic salary scale. Also there will be extra 10% प्रोत्साहन भत्ता for all government workers.
